Casa del Cielo Sereno

 

• Casa del Cielo Sereno is a traditional Andalusian village house that has been carefully restored with the preservation of the Andalusian ambiance and heritage. During the restoration we have kept as many as possible original features, including the antique tiled floors

• The house is situated  in a quiet part of Competa, only 100 m from Plaza Almijara, the main square of the village. There you can find fresh food market or visit many bars and restaurants which are central meeting points for the local people.

• The accommodation is arranged on four levels including a south facing roof terrace overlooking the mountains and the see. From the balcony on the first floor you will have a beautiful view on the see  and the village and you can enjoy the sunshine  to the late evening. The house consist of 3 floors (see drawings),  can accommodate 6 persons  and if necessary can be arranged into two separated  units    (~ 40 m2 and 50 m2). The kitchen and dining room is localized separately on the 1st floor.

• You can go on vacation with your best friends without compromising on privacy.You will find fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooking plate, electric oven, microwave and big refrigerator. Washing-machine is situated on the 1st floor.

• Main bedroom: king size bed 160cm x 200cm - 2 bedside cabinets - wardrobe - armchair - gas stove (only for winter months)

• Bathroom: shower 90x90cm - washbasin - bidet

• Living room: couch/bed combination for 2 persons - coffee table - TV with satellite receiver - DVD installation

• Balcony: garden table & chairs

SECOND FLOOR:

 

•  Kitchen/dining: dining table - 2 chairs - small fully equipped kitchen -refrigerator

• Bedroom: 2 beds 90cm x 200cm - 1 bedside cabinet -  chair - washbasin -gas stove (only for winter months)

  Bathroom: shower 90x90cm - WC
